MemoryCare at Givens Estate – Clinical and Educational Facility
Project Highlights
MemoryCare is a non-profit charitable organization that specializes in community-based care of memory-impaired individuals. They contacted us with their ideas for a new kind of medical facility that is comforting and welcoming and asked if we would be their Asheville commercial builder. We partnered with them to build the 10,000 sq. ft. building that will provide patient care and educational space for caregivers.
The building is being constructed to commercial code but will have the look and feel of a home to make the patients feel more at home.
