Step 1
Complete our contact form or call us at (828) 274-4448. It’s extremely helpful and will save you time up front if you have a budget in mind for the work that you want to have done.
Step 2
If it’s agreed that an initial consultation should be scheduled, the charge is $500 and is credited towards your project’s first invoice. After the initial consultation, you will have a budget range to consider.
Step 3
If you decide to move forward with the project, you may or may not need architectural plans depending on the type of project. We work with many architects that are experienced in different types of home remodels and can match you with an architect that’s a good fit for your project.
Step 4
Once plans are completed, a thorough budget is created by our team for you to review before the project commences. We stand behind taking the time to create a detailed budget before any work begins. The more legwork that is done up front, the fewer surprises during the construction phase. You make design and finish choices during this stage of the project.
Step 5
Scheduling begins and construction starts. You are kept informed of your project’s schedule every step of the way. If changes are made to the scope of the work during the construction phase, a change order will need to be approved.
Step 6
After construction is completed, a final walk through is scheduled to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the final results of your home remodel.
