The Asheville Parade of Homes gives WNC home builders and professionals in the building industry the opportunity to showcase renovated and new homes in Buncombe and Henderson Counties. Wilson Architects worked closely with the homeowners and Judd Builders to design the mountain modern custom home that is situated on 4 lots in the Mills River, NC development. The homeowners’ hobbies called for the home design to include expansive garages and workshop space. The home has a total of 9 garages including RV and trailer garages. There’s an apartment complete with bedroom, bathroom, and a full kitchen above the detached garages. Total square footage is 7,648. The beautiful views of Mt Pisgah can be seen from most rooms in the house. The large back patio features a fire pit, water feature, and a sauna.
