We hold an Unlimited Contractors License in North Carolina.
The cost of building a home depends on various factors, including size, design, materials, and finishes. We uphold the highest quality standards, exceeding code requirements and using only trusted vendors and subcontractors. Your home’s final price is driven by your choices—architectural style, selections, and design features all impact the budget. Smaller homes can still have high costs due to the need for the same major systems as larger homes. We’ll work with you to develop a realistic budget and let you know if your expectations don’t align with your budget early on. We can also provide you with an estimate of the costs to build on the land, helping you plan your budget accordingly.
When considering land in Western North Carolina, keep in mind that many properties may require significant grading or excavation before construction can begin. Additionally, if well and septic systems are needed, those costs will need to be factored into your budget. It’s important to work with a builder who is upfront and realistic about the costs, especially if you’re looking at a lot with a steep slope. We’ll ensure you’re well-informed and ready to make the best decisions for your new home.
