We’re grateful that we’re a trusted Asheville home builder especially after a year like 2020!
Lots of words can be used to describe 2020 but we’re going to forget about the negative and go with one grateful. What are we grateful for? The list is long, but most importantly, we’re grateful that our employees are healthy, the Asheville community has continued to open their homes to our crews for projects, and we’re grateful that we’ve been able to work as an essential business during this crazy, chaotic year. Thanks to the leadership of John Judd Sr and John Judd Jr, we’ve been able to work safely and were provided all of the protective gear and armed with up-to-date information on preventing the spread of Covid-19. Our framing and trim crews have worked consistently the entire year and we owe them a lot for being safe and committed to their craft.
We completed three new custom homes in the Asheville area this month and many others in earlier months. We’ve met with countless clients through Zoom and we’re looking forward to meeting in person again in 2021. We are starting 3 new home builds in January and February and working with clients on plans for homes that will start later in the spring. Our architect partners have worked so hard for us this year and we’re thankful for their time, collaboration efforts, and the energy they add to projects. Custom home building can be a long process and can be stressful at times so it’s great to have a supportive team of architects, designers, and sub-contractors. Speaking of sub-contractors, we have the best! Many of them have been working with Judd Builders for 10+ years. They’re trustworthy, professional, and fair businessmen and businesswomen. We get a lot of compliments from clients on our sub-contractors and we look forward to working with them on many more projects.
We will continue to work towards our goals as individuals and as a company in 2021. We wish everyone a happy new year!
