Full Job Description
Judd Builders is seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring job sites are prepared, materials are handled efficiently, and projects are completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and measuring.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure the work environment remains hazard-free.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and job sites.
- Follow project instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
