Project Highlights
This historic home located in Biltmore Forest was built in the 1920’s and was in need of a full renovation. The HVAC was a boiler system original to the house and needed to be brought up to date. It is now a full geothermal system saving the owners thousands of dollars a year.
Judd Builders installed a one-of-a-kind custom walnut bar with an English pub look and feel. The updated lower level area also features a fireplace, custom built-ins, exposed brick and beautiful heart pine hardwood floors. Read our blog post about things to consider before finishing a basement.
