We provide our clients with a customized login where they can view their new home’s progress and communicate with us. Buildertrend keeps everyone on the same page and it keeps projects moving.

We’ve established relationships with a number of experienced architects who can assist you in the design of your future dream home. We also have clients find us after they’ve selected a plan to customize, or have already found an architect. Either way, our decades of home building experience brings creative ideas you may not have considered.

Our co-owners John Judd Sr. and John Judd Jr. have always had a hands-on approach to project management. Both are heavily involved in every phase of the construction process in order to ensure your complete satisfaction from start to finish. They make themselves available to answer all of your questions during the project.

It’s necessary to establish a relationship of mutual trust and understanding prior to building your home. We believe in 100% transparency when it comes to cost and budget considerations. We understand that your custom home may be the largest investment you’ll make and we find that being direct about expectations from the beginning serves the client and builder well.
Once your design is finalized, we provide detailed pricing based on your stated specifications. Our contract provides a detailed description of every aspect of your home’s construction and mutually agreed upon specifications.

Our standard at Judd Builders is to preserve the natural environment as much as possible. We incorporate green building techniques, environmentally responsible and efficient building practices and use of reclaimed and recycled construction materials as much as possible. One solution doesn’t fit all when it comes to building an environmentally friendly home. We work very closely with our clients when selecting sustainable construction materials as each of our custom built homes are unique.
A few of the green building features our homes feature are spray foam insulation, solar energy systems, high-efficiency lighting, low-E windows, water efficient fixtures, sealed ductwork and ENERGY STAR® appliances as much as possible.
