This Asheville farmhouse was completed in 2020 and features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a library with floor to ceiling shelves, front porches on the first and second level, back porch, and a 2 car detached garage. The house was designed by Allison Ramsey Architecture, Savannah, GA.
The homeowners wanted to incorporate antique light fixtures in many of the rooms and the sink in the laundry room was an antique sink they fell in love with and wanted to be the focal point in the laundry room off of the kitchen.
